LoveLinc is operated by Credofina Fintech Private Limited. You can delete your account and its data at any time, and you do not need anyone's permission to do it. This page explains both ways to ask, and exactly what goes.
Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period and nobody reviews the request.
Email support@lovelinc.com from the email address on the account, with “Delete my LoveLinc account” as the subject. Include the registered mobile number so we can find the account.
We act on these within 7 days. You will get a confirmation once it is done.
Permanently, and not recoverable afterwards:
One record is retained after deletion: your name, email address, mobile number and the date the account was deleted.
It exists so that an account removed for abuse or a safety report cannot simply be recreated the next day, and to meet our obligations under Indian law. It is kept only for as long as those purposes require, it is never used to contact you, and it is never shared or sold.
Nothing else survives deletion. Your profile stops being visible to other members the moment you confirm.
Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions, or write to billing@lovelinc.com and we will help.
